For orders over € 99.00 delivery to the Baltics and Finland is free.

NB! Our warehouse will deal with your order as soon as possible and expect to dispatch it within 3 working days. Further arrival time depends on the postal service provider. During holidays and sale periods the delivery times may be longer than normal. We hope for your understanding.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have the right to exchange or return your ordered product within 14 days. The 14 day term starts when the package arrives at your address or package is taken from the post office.

Labellamafia do not compensate returned packages transport cost.
A confirmation about receiving the product will be sent to your e-mail.
The product can only be exchanged for the same product or another size. In the case of exchanges, we will send you a new product immediately after receiving the products you wish to exchange.

* The money will be refunded to the same bank account from which your payment was made within 10 working days. In the case of returns, the cost of courier service for the initial order will not be compensated.

* The product you wish to exchange or return cannot be damaged or have signs of having been worn, it must be in its original packaging and all original tags must be attached to the product. Cosmetics/perfumes with open packages and underwear cannot be returned.

* We ask you to always open the product packages carefully without damaging them. If it is not possible to open the package without damaging it, the product you wish to return does not have to be in its original packaging.
